Meet the Staff

Meet Valerie

Patient Coordinator

Valerie, our patient coordinator, found us through her own experience with Neuro Acupuncture to restore nerve function after a serious car accident. It had a happy ending though and when a job opportunity at ILW opened up, she knew it was meant to be.

Her knowledge of acupuncture from the patients perspective as well as years of customer service experience makes her the perfect person to lead our front desk.

Valerie also works on her small homestead with her partner Rhianna. You can find her tending the gardens or her menagerie of farm animals and exotic pets. She spends her free time painting, riding her horses, and baking.

Meet Taylor

Patient Coordinator

Taylor joined the team as a patient coordinator in early 2022. She had her first acupuncture treatment after starting at Inner Light Wellness and has since become a firm believer in the practice! She is happy to share her experience with you and answer any questions you may have about receiving care at our clinic.

Outside of the office, Taylor crafts herbal infused self care products for her small business, “Seed to Soul Apothecary”. In her free time, she enjoys working in the garden, hiking with her dog, and renovating her 1890s farmhouse with her partner, John.

Meet Grace Rollins, D.Ac.

Director & Clinical Consultant

Dr. Grace Rollins, D.Ac., owner and senior acupuncturist at the esteemed Bucks County-based clinic Bridge Acupuncture, took over leadership of Inner Light Wellness when our founder Margaret Celli retired in August 2025. Dr. Rollins now serves as our General Director, using her experience to guide our operations behind the scenes and steer our mission to provide industry-leading care to our patients. In addition, Dr. Rollins acts as a valued clinical consultant, bringing her extensive expertise in neurological acupuncture to assist with treatment plans for complex cases such as Post-Concussion Syndrome, vestibular disorders, cranial nerve disorders, functional movement disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions.
